Refund policy

We understand that the unexpected can happen, which is why we’ve established a clear and fair refund policy to meet your needs. Here are the details of our refund policy to ensure complete transparency.

1. Cancellations and refunds

1.1 Customer cancellations

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to departure: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will entitle the customer to a full refund of the amount paid, less a 10% administration fee.

Cancellation between 15 and 30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will not entitle the client to a refund.

1.2 Cancellations by the agency

In the event of cancellation by us for reasons such as extreme weather conditions, safety issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your tour at a later date at no extra charge.

2. Booking changes

2.1 Customer modifications

More than 30 Days Before Departure: Booking changes made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date are free of charge and subject to availability.

Between 15 and 30 Days Before Departure: Booking changes made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date will incur an administration fee of 10% of the total amount.

Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Changes to bookings made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on availability.

2.2 Changes by RAKTRIP

We reserve the right to modify the itineraries or services offered due to unforeseen circumstances or to improve the quality of the experience. In such cases, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and to offer you equivalent alternatives.

3. No-Show and Delays

No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the departure point without prior notification, no refund will be given.

Delays: If you are late for an excursion, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate minor delays, but we cannot guarantee participation and no refunds will be given for major delays.

4. Claims and refund procedures

4.1 Complaints

If you have a complaint about a tour or service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the tour date. We will deal with your claim promptly and fairly.

4.2 Refund procedures

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department with your booking number and details of your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
